<P>要是我有近視也已戴眼鏡，我會另外買付有度數、抗UV的偏光墨鏡，外掛式鏡片除非配得很密合，不然防護效果會打折。</P>

<P>戶外釣魚用的太陽眼鏡最基本都要有抗UV400能力，有偏光效果更好，能全罩防護最好(像雪地用全罩墨鏡)，不然鏡片就不能太小。</P>

<P>謝謝 阿泰 建言，我也聽聞可能是電解質流失太多有可導致腦部意識不清的狀況，我現在打球都帶運動飲料，以後釣魚大流汗也會常補充運動飲料的<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.unitedfishingnet.com/images/smilies/default/tongue.gif" border=0 smilieid="49"> ，希望問題只有這麼單純，我還會安排時間仔細檢查一下......</P>
