沈老爺也玩波特船？

多次看到 james 大鋪出來釣黑牛釣到 60 L 大冰箱大爆桶的相片，每次都羨慕得流口水。趁著現在不是大牛正期，中南部的黑格達人比較有空能指導北部的波特船主怎麼釣黑鯛，所以昨天一早就帶著三艘波特船從台北出發前往王功拜師學藝。

1 Z  G$ g. g; q1 x5 h 到達王功蚵田時當地的黑格達人雞仔大、阿文大、阿瑋大已在堤防上了，苦花名人張哥和張嫂也在場，而嘉義的潘大和彰化的阿福大不久也來了，經由三位黑格達人詳細的介紹該釣點的地形、海流狀況跟黑鯛習性，以及釣組與作合的要訣後，大家迫不急待的開始組船了。

( D: j! Y' ~3 z7 X 這次參加釣黑格訓練的波特船供有五艘，8 呎、10 呎、14 呎各一艘，而 12 呎的兩艘，組好的先下水綁在膠筏邊等著還沒組好的波特時，突然聽到一聲 "哈囉 !my friend＂，心想是誰啊？怎麼釣魚還落起英文來了，而且這個聲音好熟啊，抬頭一看發現竟然是沈老爺跟大名鼎鼎 "匠海釣技" 的大大們前來出外景，真巧啊，不用看電視就可近距離的看到沈老爺這些名人了。他們看到波特船時都很新奇，也都很想坐上去玩一玩，於是大家就邀約他們一起前往蚵棚小搞搞。

) I+ H$ T- y$ B. M. J  ~- M 經過短暫的相處，發覺沈老爺真的很親切很草根一點架子都沒有，一口的太麻里國語更是讓人難忘，難怪節目會那麼成功。而王功的夕陽映照在退潮的蚵架上更有股滄桑之美，管區的海巡非常盡責友善，在查過法規確定波特船並無違法後要我們注意安全，如有任何需要他們會盡力提供，真是讓人感受窩心，因此上岸後我們特別前往安檢所致謝並詳細解說組裝波特船的方便特性，此行不僅學到了如何用浮標打螺釣黑格，又見到了沈老爺也體會了匠海釣技大大們的高超技術，還感受到海巡開放海洋服務民眾的務實作風，真是渡過了一個非常愉快的波特之旅

+ w: A/ p& y6 b; n 晚上聚餐時代理商宣布，為感謝中南部波特船主的熱情，非常歡迎中南部的船主們前來台北一起交流夜釣小白和透抽，而且還傳了兩艘波特船做為公務船，中南部的波特船主只要人+釣具+冰箱上來就好，不需帶著自己的波特，由他們會為船主們安排船位，真讚！

Leo,it is unreal. I saw you in the pictures with 沈老爺, Old Pa Sheng. That is chance of life time being together with Old Pa Sheng. You just mentioned that there is an opportunity that anglers from the Central Taiwan can join you guys on boad the porat boat. May I sign up for a seat? I, at long last, have time to try taking a ride on board the Porta on Aug. 17. Can you squeeze me in for a seat? Thanks a million.

Usually there will be 4 or 5 boter arrive the rendezvous at 深澳（港）發電廠出水口 around 3 p.m., launching for night fishing maybe at 5 or 5:30, landing for home around 11 or midnight depends on the catches. Anyway, plz keep in touch for updates and I'm looking forward to meet dude in Shen Ao.

請問波特船出海合法嗎?海巡會抓嗎?有辦法加動力嗎

要看各縣市政府對該水域有沒有禁止或限制的規定

只要是沒有禁止或限制的水域，波特船掛上船外機下水並不違法，海巡只會注意玩家的安全不會管的
