標題: 霞喀羅溪探點
2008.12.28去探的點  探點後發現這是一條被毒完過的溪<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.unitedfishingnet.com/images/smilies/ufish2/a31.gif" border=0 smilieid="132">   完全沒有生命跡象<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.unitedfishingnet.com/images/smilies/ufish2/a19.gif" border=0 smilieid="138">   連一隻小魚都看不見  石頭上附著一層白色的不明物  唉  封溪封到最後沒魚  真是可悲<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.unitedfishingnet.com/images/smilies/ufish2/a36.gif" border=0 smilieid="145">   看看照片欣賞一下風景也不錯<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.unitedfishingnet.com/images/smilies/ufish2/a35.gif" border=0 smilieid="130">

真的被下毒沒魚了嗎?!
有個網友告知前幾天過去看看,有發現魚體不錯ㄟ...
到底怎回事呢?!

主旨：公告本縣五峰鄉梅后蔓溪、麥巴來溪、爺巴堪溪、霞喀羅溪實施封溪禁漁保育措施，期間嚴禁使用任何方式（含垂釣）獵捕水產動物，以確保河川生態資源之永續利用。
公告事項：
一、封溪禁漁期間：自96年1月1日起至97年12月31日止，為期2年。
二、範圍：
(一)梅后蔓溪全線。
(二)麥巴來溪全線。
(三)爺巴堪溪全線。
(四)霞喀羅溪全線。
三、封溪期間嚴禁使用任何方式（含垂釣）獵捕水產動物，如有違反將依漁業法第61、65條規定查處。（漁業法第61條：違反主管機關依第44條第3款所為之公告事項者，處6個月以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科新台幣3萬元以下罰金、漁業法第65條：違反主管機關依第44條第4款所為之公告事項者，處新台幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰）。
四、前述第一、二項封溪期間及範圍得視實際需要或保育成效，予以適度延長或解除。

怎還會有多餘的魚留在溪裡呢
